1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("Player" or "you") and takbe ("takbe", "we", or "our") governing your access to and use of the takbe online casino and sports betting platform available at https://takbe.ws (the "Platform"). 3Account Registration and Security

To access the takbe Platform, you must register a single account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a password that meets the minimum security requirements. You are permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. takbe will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login details. Notify takbe immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Account sharing, account transfer, and account sale are all strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

• You must keep your registered mobile number active and accessible at all times. If your number changes, contact takbe support promptly to update your account information before your next login or transaction.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the takbe Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). takbe does not accept or process any foreign currency. Players may deposit and withdraw funds using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer, subject to availability and the applicable limits displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your takbe account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. takbe does not impose fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which takbe accepts no responsibility. 8Intellectual Property

All content on the takbe Platform — including the takbe brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of takbe or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. • You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of takbe. Unauthorised use of takbe intellectual property may result in civil or criminal legal action.

9Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

takbe specifically excludes liability for: platform unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance or third-party service outages; losses incurred as a direct result of your own gambling decisions; and any loss arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your own login credentials.

10Account Suspension and Termination

takbe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where a player breaches these Terms, fails to provide satisfactory identity verification within the required timeframe, or where takbe has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or systematic bonus abuse. Suspension may occur without prior notice where immediate action is required to protect the Platform or other players.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure and will be forfeited in their entirety.

11Amendments to These Terms

takbe reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
